The gap
In 2025, 35 percent of Swedish enterprises used AI, up from 25 percent the year before and 10 percent in 2023. Whether to use it is no longer the question anywhere in the country.
The spread is not a gap in willingness. Small firms are adopting quickly. It is a gap in capability: large firms have data teams, and small ones have a supplier list. The missing input is expertise, and expertise is the one input that cannot be bought as a licence. It concentrates where it is paid best, which means a handful of large employers.

What we do
Your documentation, your internal knowledge and your structured data connected to a language model, so that asking a question of the company returns an answer with its source attached. Built on retrieval rather than on a model that has been told to remember, because a system that cannot show its source cannot be checked.
Agents that do work rather than answer questions, with an audit line for every action saying what was done, when, why, and under whose authority. Read-only on your systems until you grant something more, and the grant is logged.
The interfaces between an AI system and the systems you already run. This is usually where a promising pilot stops, and it is ordinary engineering rather than research.
Documentation, the operating runbook, and the training that lets your people run what we built. We would rather be re-hired than depended on.
Scope, price and delivery date are agreed in writing before work starts. Our published service catalogue is being written and is not on this page yet, because a price list we have not finished is worse than none.
How it works
Most agent products show you a spinner and a result. Ours shows you what it is doing, which of several agents is doing it, when it has handed work to another, and when it is waiting for you. The states below are the real ones, from the system, in the design language the rest of this site is built in.
Nothing there is a colour code and nothing there is a spinner. Every state carries its word, so the system reads the same in a browser, in a terminal, in a log and on paper. If you turn motion off in your operating system, this page stops moving and none of it becomes ambiguous.
Every autonomous action is audited. If Sile did it, there is a line saying what, when, why and under whose authority. That is a property of the runtime, not a feature you enable.
Energy and environment
We work with energy and environmental data: measurement, modelling, reporting and the systems that keep them current. That is analytics work, and it is what we do.
Sile is not an engineering consultancy. We do not produce stamped calculations, professional engineering opinions or environmental impact assessments, and we refer that work out rather than stretching to reach it. Anyone who tells you the line is blurrier than that is selling something.
Most of us trained as engineers, and we say so here only to put it in its place. It is why we are at home in this data and quick to read a plant, a grid or a survey. It is not a credential we are lending you, and it does not move the line above by a millimetre.
Sovereign by default
Swedish enterprises are careful about this, and they are right to be. So data residency, processing transparency and a signable DPA are how we build rather than a compliance annexe we attach at the end. We never design a flow that ships client data to a third country without that being an explicit, written, agreed decision.
This page is the argument in miniature, and you can check it rather than believe it. Open your developer tools. Every byte on this page comes from this origin. It loads no third-party script, no analytics, no tag manager and no chat widget. Its fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font CDN. It sets no cookies, which is why you are not being asked about any.
Client work is governed by a different promise and a stricter one: client data is processed in the EU, on infrastructure named in your contract.
